Everything about this hotel is top end. The service is outstanding with all the staff great professionals and very warm and welcoming. The room, bed and bathroom were all great. Very convenient location with the subway right outside the hotel and Times Square and major theaters just around the corner. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were efficient and professional during a very difficult time i.e. Hurricane Sandy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was impressive. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Super bad stuff! Hotel reservations were overbooked and the receptionist informed me that with confident. Instead of upgrading my room type, I was given a standard room with a slight price change. The most annoying thing is the receptionist attitude that was extremely bad & impolite.. Will never get back there for sure

Excellent location. Walking distance from Midtown attractions, shops, restaurants. 5 minute walk to Time Square. Well equipped, modern and comfort room, high level service in the room and int the hotel facilities. Ca-va restaurant located in the hotel lobby provides excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The lobby provides quiet and charming atmosphere to rest for a while from the outside rush, to have a business or any kind of meeting.

The hotel is clean, nice, rooms are ok. Facility is new which is good. The location is fantastic , close to every thing you need.
I believe I would have rated this hotel in a better way if the hotel staff would be more friendly or at least smiling. Reception staff should be more warm and friendly than really be tough and not welcoming. I hesitated couple of times should I go and ask the hotel reception or to ask someone outside. Concierge was helpful because I knew what I wanted exactly, so it was more about providing address or locations, yet I felt if I would have asked more than one question that would be too much.
